These terms apply to your use of Luna AQW Tickets (https://tickets.aqw.app), run by Proxy. By creating an account or submitting a run, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About the site

Luna AQW Tickets is a fan-made speedrun leaderboard for AdventureQuest Worlds. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Artix Entertainment, LLC. AdventureQuest Worlds and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your account

• You must be at least 13. If you're below the age of digital consent in your country, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens on your account.
• Don't impersonate other people, and don't choose a username or profile picture that is offensive, hateful or misleading.
• You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting runs

When you submit a run, you confirm that:

• The run is real, unedited and the time you entered matches the video.
• You took part in the run, or the people who did are happy for you to submit it.
• The players you list are happy to appear on the public leaderboard under those names.
• The video and channel links are yours, or you have permission to share them, and they don't link to harmful or inappropriate content.

You keep ownership of your videos and content. By submitting a run, you allow us to display its details (players, classes, time, date and links) on the leaderboard and to embed the video on the site. You can ask us to remove a run at any time.

Moderation

Moderators review every submission and decide whether it appears on the leaderboard. We may reject or remove runs that break these terms or can't be verified. If you submit fake runs, spam or abuse the site, we may suspend your ability to submit runs temporarily or permanently. Where possible, we'll tell you the reason in your submission status.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Submit fake, manipulated or duplicate runs, or spam submissions or bug reports.
• Try to access other people's data, the admin tools or the database directly.
• Interfere with the site, overload it or get around a ban, for example with a new account.
• Use the site for anything illegal or to harass others.

Third-party services

Logging in uses Discord, Google, X (Twitter) or Firebase, and videos come from YouTube and other sites. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content or availability.

Availability and liability

Luna AQW Tickets is a free community project provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and the leaderboard accurate, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses resulting from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know on the site. If you keep using the site afterwards, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you live in the EU/EEA, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
